Soohyun Lee (b. 1975) is a curator from Seoul, South Korea. Lee’s curatorial work is focused on questions around feminism and how the concept is perceived in everyday life. Her other interest is looking into the social norms and actions, related to the communication in the digitally mediated world. Lee curates exhibitions that display current Korean video and media art.
Her recent curatorial work includes exhibitions Lifemale, 16 June – 10 July 2015, Build up with artist Woojin Kim, 30 April – 24 May 2015 and Judith Butler, Understanding Gender as the Politics of the Unios, 18 April – 18 May.
