Rosa Tolnov Clausen and Martin Born are designers with inquiry-driven practices that connect in a shared interest in the communal import of design as a mode for proto-practicing social imaginatives.
During the residency time, Rosa will work on her cooperative microhistory project “Life Among Looms”; on her PhD work on the potentials and places of hand weaving in contemporary Nordic cities; and on the beginning of a commissioned public work.
Martin’s work will focus on his co-development of a symposium on the imaginative body of technical infrastructures and his continuing research into contemporary modes of working on or in real estate.
