Pauline Koffi Vandet

Pauline Koffi Vandet (b. 1994, DK/CI) is a curator whose practice intertwines research, archival material, and critical dialogues to explore how art can generate new forms of knowledge and collective experience. Rooted in critical theory and methodological experimentation, her work focuses on infrastructures for contact zones, communal sustainability, and curatorial approaches informed by embodied practices.

Vandet is co-founder of the transnational curatorial duo Koffi & Højgaard, working across public art and exhibitions. She is a former acting director of Fotografisk Center in Copenhagen and is currently the curatorial fellow at EMMA – Espoo Museum of Modern Art, in collaboration with the Saastamoinen Foundation.

I will engage with the Saastamoinen Foundation Art Collection with a particular focus on its lens-based and media-based works. I aim to explore how the collection can be activated in new ways through a curatorial practice that involves conversations with artists, curators, art institutions, and audiences.
