Come join us for a gentle Yoga and Sound Bath session held within the exhibition space of Gallery Augusta on Monday 10 August at 18:00-19:00!

The event brings together movement, breath and resonant sound in dialogue with the surrounding artworks. The spatial atmosphere of Gallery Augusta with its flowing visual landscape and quiet layers provides a calm and reflective environment for the practice. The session combines soft, opening yoga that supports balance and bodily awareness with a sound bath designed to enhance relaxation. Participants are guided through a 60‑minute practice that encourages rest, sensory attention and recovery. The session is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, but please note that the sound bath sessions are not recommended for individuals with a pacemaker or those currently undergoing cancer treatments.

The August session takes place within Moving scape, mutated land, an exhibition exploring Finnish landscapes as continuously shifting entities shaped by natural processes and human activity. The works invite viewers to reconsider notions of landscape, home and belonging, and to reflect on how space is used and by whom.
