The event brings together movement, breath and resonant sound in dialogue with the surrounding artworks. The spatial atmosphere of Gallery Augusta with its flowing visual landscape and quiet layers provides a calm and reflective environment for the practice. The session combines soft, opening yoga that supports balance and bodily awareness with a sound bath designed to enhance relaxation. Participants are guided through a 60‑minute practice that encourages rest, sensory attention and recovery. The session is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, but please note that the sound bath sessions are not recommended for individuals with a pacemaker or those currently undergoing cancer treatments.

At the Threshold by Nikolai Azariah binds together the many meanings and associations carried by the enigmatic material of salt. Drawing on its historical, mythical and anecdotal associations he combines this with his fascination with mascarons, the sculpted faces that adorn our city’s buildings.

Enter this salt encrusted land of chimeras and mythical beasts, join in their bloody feasts and witness an alchemical transformation. Salt mingles with plaster and wood, gathering itself into bodies and fragments of the cities that were once here.
