Make Like a Tree is the quintessention of travels expressed in music and visual performances created by Serhii Onyshchenko – artist from Ukraine who is enroute, touring around the world and spreading his indie-folk tunes, along with a touch of non-conformism and Beat Generation ideas. Soundscapes of Make Like a Tree will bring you to inner world of nature, woods, mountains and songs of whales on the bottom of the ocean.
During the residency I created an ambient track based on Kalevala Finnish epos in collaboration with Japanese violin Player Akie Doi. Cover art created by Finnish visual artist Veronika Pell.
